Sri Sarada College of Education was established in the year 1968-69 by the dynamic effort of Mrs.Seetha Lakshmi Ramaswamy (Yatiswari Sarada Priya) under the presidentship of Srimath Swami Chidbhavananda of Sri Ramakrishna Tapovanam, Tirupparaithurai. Sri Sarada College of Education, Salem was started with the aim to provide more trained women teachers for the several new High Schools in the State and meet the shortage of trained teacher personnel. This college is striving her best for the intellectual, spiritual, moral and cultural advancement of the country in general and Tamil Nadu in particular.

Sri Sarada Journal of Frontiers of Knowledge is published by Sri Sarada College of Education. The aim of this Journal is to disseminate the recent research and innovative practices in the field of Education among the learned scholars. The Journal encourages the faculty of teacher education to publish their research article for the wider access. This Journal provides an arena for research scholars and budding researchers to be part of the scholars’ community by publishing their research studies. The Journal makes research publications hustle free to ensure dissemination of recent trends in the field of Education.
